Applications should be made by submitting a completed application form, together with all relevant information (set out on the application form) to the Secretary by e-mail or post. The Trustees meet at the beginning of May and the beginning of November each year.
The closing date for the May meeting is the 1st March and the November meeting is the 21st September annually'.

You are always welcome to contact the Secretary for an informal discussion before submitting an application for funding.
The Trustees expect to receive feedback from the organisations they support, to help in their decision making process. Organisations are asked to provide a brief one page report about 9 months after receipt of a grant (or when the specific project assisted has been completed). Below is a link to a feedback form (Word document), but other formats may be used if more appropriate to certain projects.
