How to apply
APPLICATION DEADLINE – Please note the application deadlines for our 2020 Trustee meetings have now passed.
Please note that applications will now be accepted up to 1st March for our April 2021 meeting.
Please note the following in relation to COVID-19:
- We are currently home working so please send applications by email
- If you are applying for emergency COVID funding please consider applications through links at the bottom of this page in the first instance
- We are reacting to the crisis as dynamically as possible. Our criteria may change through this time because of this. Please contact us if you would like to discuss a potential application.
Applications should be made by submitting a completed application form, together with all relevant information (set out on the application form) to the Secretary by e-mail or post. The Trustees meet at the beginning of May and the beginning of November each year.
The closing date for the May meeting is the 1st March and the November meeting is the 1st September annually.
Application forms should be obtained from the Sir John Fisher Foundation office, whose contact details appear on the contacts page of this site. Alternatively please use the link below to download a Word document which you can fill in and submit by e-mail.

Feedback & Evaluation
The Trustees expect to receive feedback from the organisations they support, to help in their decision-making process. Organisations are asked to provide a brief one-page report about 9 months after receipt of a grant (or when the specific project assisted has been completed). Below is a link to a feedback form (Word document), but other formats may be used if more appropriate to certain projects.
